Release of Liability: I release We Run Mount Vernon, it's volunteers, leaders, sponsors, employees, directors, officers, agents and associated groups from liability that results from the inherent risks of exercises and outdoor activities such as speed walking, crossing streets, allergic reactions, hikes and animal encounters. This release also discharges We Run Mount Vernon from any liabilities or claims with respect to any bodily injuries, personal injuries, illnesses, death or property damage which may result from participating in our activities and events.
